State Bank of Tyler, Incorporated, has elected to NOT participate in the
FDIC’s Temporary Liquidity Guarantee Program. This program includes the FDIC’s
Transaction Account Guarantee Program.
As a result, the Citizens State Bank of Tyler, Incorporated, has also elected to NOT participate in the FDIC’s Transaction Account Guarantee Program. Customers of the Citizens State Bank of Tyler, Incorporated, with NONINTEREST-bearing transaction accounts continue to be insured through December 31, 2009, for the temporary increased limits of up to $250,000 under the FDIC’s general deposit insurance rules. **************************************** After December 31, 2009, and without any interruption, all deposit accounts will continue to be covered by FDIC insurance as they have always been in the past. |
