| FACTA - Red Flag Identity Theft
Your account security is extremely important to us. In addition to our long
established "safegard" practices, the Fair and Accurate Credit Transaction Act
(FACTA's) Red Flag Guidelines requires the formulation, adoption and approval of a
formalized Identiity Theft Prevention Program by November 1, 2008.
The Citizens State Bank of Tyler, Inc, (CSB) Board of Directors has adopted and approved
an Identity Theft Prevention Program prior to Novemeber 1, 2008. With This program, CSB
verifies that it has measures in place to detect, prevent and mitigate the risk of
identity theft. If CSB detects any "red flags" in relation to your account, we
will contact you as soon as possible so that you may act quickly to prevent possible
losses to your account. |
